Forge partnerships with culturally competent community organizations and stakeholders that align with the African American Village's core values and strategic goals.  

Create safe spaces that empower and encourage open dialogue, allowing Village participants to ask questions and express their thoughts about the state of the Village. 

Organize annual village summits to bring together key stakeholders, facilitate critical discussions, and develop collaborative solutions to address unique neighborhood challenges and create sustainable change that reflects community needs and aspirations.
